Eric Jones:                          Hello everyone, and welcome back to this month's Insight Beyond Payroll. My name is Eric Jones, and this is Chilah Weller.

Chilah Weller:                   Hey, everyone.

Eric Jones:                          This month, we're going to talk to you about our scheduling module. You know we have a time and labor, an HR, and a payroll module. I don't know if you knew we had a scheduling module.

Chilah Weller:                   Let's take, for instance, a business with multiple locations. Your number one goal should be to run your business in a cohesive manner. So, not only utilizing the payroll, time and attendance, and HR, but also layering in our scheduling module, which actually allows for a level of artificial intelligence.

Eric Jones:                          So, what is artificial intelligence, or AI, do you ask? For us, it means you've assigned skills to employees, you've assigned work time preferences, so perhaps they can't work from this time to this time, or they would like to work from this time to this time, and you've got multiple shifts with multiple skill-sets. How do you get all of that information combined quickly without going person by person, dragging and dropping, or filling out a spreadsheet, or hand-writing the schedule? Our system will actually take those skills, those work time preferences, and actually automatically, with a click of a button, assign employees to those shifts.

Eric Jones:                          Let's say you didn't like those shifts. You can click and drag until it's perfect, post it, and it's available to the employees on their mobile app or on the website.

Chilah Weller:                   And to go even further, we can allow for employees to swap shifts and actually take open shifts that are posted by the manager. Both of those can be tied to an approval process, or be automatically approved, and then it's going to update that schedule immediately and allow for all the employees to view those changes.

Eric Jones:                          In a minute. I have to control my smile.

Chilah Weller:                   He's trying to be in a bad mood today, but he can't do it for long.

Eric Jones:                          I'm not in a bad mood. I'm a focused mood. However, this smirk is not leaving me.

Chilah Weller:                   You can smile.

Eric Jones:                          No, I can't.
