Holidays are coming. If I want to give my employees a bonus, what do I need to think about?
There are a couple of major considerations:
- If you're going to pay your employee over $50,000 (as in, this is what they'll see in their net check), we'll need to move the pay date because of our ACH processor requirements.
- If there's a large payroll that is over $100,000 tax liability, you may have to pay the IRS immediately vs. having a few days.
